1. Service Description

Somify is a digital local marketing platform that provides users access to digital discount vouchers redeemable at nearby independent local merchants.

• Somify does not sell any physical products
• All vouchers are digital in nature
• Discounts are offered by merchants and are subject to their acceptance and validity

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration
• Only one account per user is permitted

3. Payments

• Some features or digital vouchers may require payment
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay
• Somify does not store card, UPI, or banking details

Access to digital vouchers is provided immediately after successful payment.

4. Digital Voucher Usage

• Vouchers are valid only at the specified partnered merchant
• Each voucher is single-use and non-transferable, unless mentioned otherwise
• Voucher validity and expiry date are clearly mentioned
• Redemption is subject to merchant terms, availability, and conditions

Somify is not responsible for voucher misuse, expiry, or rejection due to violation of voucher terms.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital vouchers are non-refundable once issued or accessed
• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
  • Payment deducted but voucher not delivered
  • Technical failure from Somify’s side

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Merchant Disclaimer

• Merchants listed on Somify are independent third parties
• Somify acts only as a facilitator between users and merchants
• Product quality, pricing, services, and discount fulfillment are solely the responsibility of the merchant

Somify shall not be liable for disputes between users and merchants.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Merchant refusal or non-acceptance of vouchers
• Expired or unused vouchers
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Temporary service or app interruptions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

8. Prohibited Use

• Copying, reselling, or misusing digital vouchers
• Attempting fraud, duplication, or unauthorized access
• Using the platform for unlawful or prohibited activities

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Account Termination

Somify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violation of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, and materials available on Somify belong to Somify Digital Solutions and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Karnal, Haryana courts.
