2. Delivery of Digital Coupons
After successful payment:
- Your subscription is activated instantly
- Coupons appear immediately inside the My Coupons section
- No waiting period — redemption starts right away
3. Delivery Issues
If coupons do not appear after payment, please:
- Refresh the app
- Check your internet connection
- Contact support at support@somify.in
We resolve delivery issues within 24–48 hours.
4. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated as our digital delivery system evolves. Updates will be announced through the app.
