Refund & Cancellation Policy – Somify

Thank you for choosing Somify. Before using our services, please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. No Refund After Voucher Activation

Once digital vouchers are activated and added to a user’s account:

  • Vouchers are generated instantly
  • They become eligible for immediate redemption
  • Refunds cannot be issued once vouchers are delivered or activated, under any circumstances

Since Somify provides instantly accessible digital benefits, refunds are not applicable after activation.

2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered solely at Somify’s discretion and only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment deducted but vouchers were not activated
  • Verified technical failure that prevented voucher generation

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Payment Disputes

If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious payment activity:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider immediately
  • Inform us at support@somify.in with complete transaction details

4. Account Cancellation

Users may request account deletion at any time. However:

  • Account cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund
  • Activated or delivered digital vouchers cannot be revoked, reversed, transferred, or reused

5. Changes to This Policy

Somify reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as required by operational, technical, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be communicated through the Somify app or website.
